| Product damaged in transit If a product has been received damaged in transit please notify us immediately and request a return authority number stating the reason for return. Return the product to us immediately and include the original packing for investigation. Following assessment of the damage, a replacement will be sent to you at no cost. Please consider that we may have to reorder the product from the supplier and some time may elapse. If a replacement product is not available or on back-order you have the option of exchanging it for a different product or receiving a refund. Product received is not what was ordered If the product received is different from what was ordered or if it does not comply with the description published on this web site you can return the product to us for replacement or refund. Customer change of mind Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds or exchanges just because you change your mind. Product ordered no longer available or on back-order Where goods are not available for dispatch within the usual dispatch time published on this web site they will be automatically back-ordered. If you do not wish to wait you have the option of changing your order to a different product or receiving a refund if any money has been paid. Faulty products If goods are received in faulty order or later develop a fault due to defect in manufacture during the warranty period, we will replace them.
