Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds or exchanges just because you change your mind.
If goods are received in faulty order or later develop a fault due to defect in manufacture during the warranty period, we will replace them. Depending on the circumstances you may also be entitled to a full or partial refund.

For any returns please contact us first and request a return authority number stating the reason for return and quote all relevant information including the original invoice number. Once you receive a return authority number you should then return the goods to our postal address. Ensure that you include your return authority number, return address and contact details.

We guarantee that all goods we sell are of merchantable quality, be free from defects, and fit for the purpose made known on the item description page.
All goods are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. This may be voided if you have failed to follow any instructions from the manufacturer or misused or abused the product.
If you receive a product that fails to meet the above standards we will gladly replace it. Depending on the circumstances you may also be entitled to a full or partial refund.

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of this business please make your complaint in writing and address it to the Manager (contact details).
We endeavour to handle all complaints within a reasonable time and resolve the complaint in a reasonable way and without prejudice to your rights to legal redress.
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your complaint you are then encouraged to contact the relevant government department, the NSW Fair Trading Agency.
