Shipping within Australia is free for all products.
We ship all orders by Australia Post.
International shipping is available. Please contact us for a quote with the order codes of the products you require and the country to be shipped to.
We do not offer pick up or cash on delivery (COD) services.
We work hard to always provide products as fast as possible... we like happy customers.
Please consider that whilst in many cases we do have products in store, in many cases we order them on your behalf from our suppliers immediately when we receive your order.
Most products are sourced from Australia, but we also import some titles from New Zealand, USA and the UK.
For each product we show a usual time before dispatch which is based on the amount of time before we receive orders from our suppliers.
From our warehouse, it usually takes one to two business days for delivery within Australian metropolitan areas. Other areas within Australia may take longer. Delivery to other countries usually takes four to 10 business days but some countries may take up to two to four weeks.
Items that are listed as Shipped direct from our overseas supplier are shipped direct to you from our overseas supplier. Delivery times will vary but you can generally expect delivery within around 2 weeks.

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure that no damage occurs during shipping.
Where loss or damage occurs during transit the incident will be reported to Australia Post for investigation and goods will be replaced if necessary.
Any claims should be directed to the manager (contact information).
Incorrectly entered addresses may unnecessarily delay shipment or result in the order being lost. We will not accept claims for losses in transit where the shipping address was incorrectly entered.
