Refunds and returns policy

Product damaged in transit

If a product has been received damaged in transit please notify us immediately and request a return stating the reason for return.

Return the product to us immediately and include the original packing for investigation.

Following assessment of the damage, a replacement will be sent to you at no cost.

Please consider that we may have to reorder the product from the supplier and some time may elapse.

If a replacement product is not available or on back-order you have the option of exchanging it for a different product or receiving a refund.

Product received is not what was ordered

If the product received is different from what was ordered or if it does not comply with the description published on this web site you can return the product to us for replacement or refund.

Customer change of mind

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds or exchanges just because you change your mind.

Product ordered no longer available or on back-order

Where goods are not available for dispatch within the usual dispatch time published on this web site they will be automatically back-ordered. If you do not wish to wait you have the option of changing your order to a different product or receiving a refund if any money has been paid.

Faulty products

If goods are received in faulty order or later develop a fault due to defect in manufacture during the warranty period, we will replace them. Depending on the circumstances you may also be entitled to a full or partial refund.

Returns Procedure

For any returns please contact us first and request a return stating the reason for return and quote all relevant information including the original invoice number. Once you receive approval you should then return the goods to our postal address. Ensure that you include your return address and contact details.

For all returns:

  • You must request a return and receive our approval to return
  • Please make sure that you suitably pack and protect all returns
  • Products must be in original condition
  • Return transport costs are the responsibility of the purchaser
  • Transport costs are not refundable

We guarantee that all goods we sell are of merchantable quality, be free from defects*, and fit for the purpose made known on the item description page.

All goods are covered by their manufacturer's warranty*. This may be voided if you have failed to follow any instructions from the manufacturer or misused or abused the product.

If you receive a product that fails to meet the above standards we will gladly replace it. Depending on the circumstances you may also be entitled to a full or partial refund.

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of this business please make your complaint in writing and address it to the Manager (see also contact details).

We endeavour to handle all complaints within a reasonable time and resolve the complaint in a reasonable way and without prejudice to your rights to legal redress.

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your complaint you are then encouraged to contact the relevant government department, the NSW Fair Trading Agency.
