The Haynes manual covers both the 3.8-litre V6 (Ecotec) and 5.7-litre (Generation III) V8 engines and also covers all series from VT up to VZ. It covers the sedan, wagon and utility but does not cover features specific to the Statesman or Caprice. It does not cover LPG models.
This manual was produced after Haynes bought the Gregory's brand and the Gregory's manual is identical to the Haynes - only the cover is different.The Ellery Publications manual covers all that the Haynes and Gregory's manuals do but also covers Statesman and Caprice (WH, WK and WL), the Monaro (V2/VZ), and HSV models.Factory manuals were available to the public for the VT series but the set was huge (around twenty separate volumes) and most are now out of print.The Computer Outpost
